* Reception time for reservation is from 5:30am to 11:30pm (JST).
* Due to system maintenance, you cannot book "Shinkansen Travel Packages" from 2:00am to 4:00am on the day after 4th Tuesday of every month. If you change trains at this time, please log in to the EX service membership site and change your reservation.
* The dates and times of system maintenance may change depending on the progress.
